Return of Goods

If you find an item to be unsuitable we will normally accept a return providing that

  • the product has remained in saleable condition
  • the product can be returned with its original packaging
  • we are notified in writing or by telephone within 14 working days of delivery

Please telephone 0845 120 4522 for more information and to arrange a return. We cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised returns.

Goods returned to the company in a non-saleable condition as a result of customer usage or neglect will be paid for in full by the Customer.

Direct Delivery

Direct Delivery are made to order items that can be viewed on our website but are unavailable to purchase over the internet. To purchase these items please contact Customer Services on 0845 121 8111. Before purchasing these items please note that these  cannot be returned unless defective, in which case they will be repaired or replaced within the one year warranty period but cannot be refunded or cancelled. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation of Purchased Products

Please Note: If you have received the goods (or they have been despatched to you) then you have a duty to take "reasonable care" of them so that they may be re-sold as new. If you fail in this duty NRS Healthcare may pursue a claim against you for the resulting loss in value. If the goods have been sent or delivered to you then you are responsible for paying for them to be returned with a correct returns authorisation number. If you do not arrange for the goods to be returned then NRS Healthcare will charge you the full cost of recovering them.

Return of Goods for Customers using a Trade/ Healthcare Professional Account to Purchase Products

For goods purchased by local authorities, professional healthcare establishments or trade customers for their business, NRS is under no obligation to accept the return of goods due to customer ordering error, surplus to requirements, no longer required, unsuitability etc.

For the company to consider the return of goods in these circumstances, the goods must be in mint re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging.

In cases when authorisation to return is agreed, the company will then issue a returns authorisation number, a 20% handling and administration charge (or minimum £10.00 whichever is the greater) of the returns value will be made. However, if the date we receive a request to return exceeds one calendar month from when the goods were despatched we regret return will not be accepted.

No attempt should be made to return any goods without prior authorisation. We do not accept liability for unsolicited returns.
