Mobility Rollators And Rollator Walkers

A lot of older people try to avoid venturing out of their house to go for a walk or do some shopping because their legs tire too easily or they feel unstable on their feet. Mobility rollators or rollator walkers are an excellent way for people to get over these problems though. A rollator walker gives the person something to lean on for additional support and makes them much more stable.

Wheeled Walkers

Mobility rollators and rollator walkers also give the user something to store items in when they go shopping or to a friend’s house for example. Instead of carrying the items which could increase instability, they can simply put them in the rollator walker bag or basket and then concentrate on using the handles for full support.

Many of the rollators also have seats and brakes so that the user can apply the brake and have a sit down for a while to catch their breath or to rest their legs. This is ideal for waiting at a bus stop and the rollator can then be folded so that it doesn’t take up too much space.
